Bartlomiej graduated with two tertiary faculties in Electrical Engineering 2002 and a Bachelors Degree focused in Business & Finance from University of South Africa Graduate School of Business Leadership in 2005. Since 2001 he has been a rain maker in the Real Estate Industry.

From 2001-2006 Bartlomiej had brokered residential deals at World Estates as a Real Estate Agent in Cape Town. 2006 Bartlomeij moved on to Amdec Property Group to become the Leasing Manager specialising in commercial and retail development lease structured deals. The career highlight at Amdec was the Melrose Arch development in Johannesburg.

2009 Bartlomiej was asked to join Growthpoint Properties Limited to head up the new development leasing and lease portfolio risk management. Here he had negotiated large corporate office, hotel, industrial, retail lease and sales deals with global names such as Hilton Hotels, Amazon, Barclays Africa, VISA, and Investec to name just a few. The career highlight at Growthpoint Properties was Africa’s best real estate holding V&A Waterfront where Bartlomiej had successfully concluded the best voted gym in South Africa being the Virgin Active Silo and the Price Waterhouse Coopers corporate lease.

During this time Bartlomiej has invested his time and money into strategic real estate transactions and alternative investments starting from small humble investment beginnings in the Cape Town region to large scale condos and apartments, land holdings in Poland with alternative investment holdings to create the proudly owned FairGrowth Properties business it is today.
